The AIDSWatch planning partners will be working with Soapbox Consulting to arrange virtual meetings with elected officials for interested registrants.
The experts from Soapbox Consulting will also join us the evening of March 22 for a training session on the platform that will be used for the meetings and on how to hold virtual Congressional meetings; attendance at this training session will be mandatory to finalize participants's meeting schedules for March 24.
Advocates who have registered will be receiving their initial meetings schedules the afternoon of March 19. They will continue to be adjusted and confirmed until advocacy day on March 24. Advocates should check their schedules through the Soapbox mobile tool regularly for updates (mobile tool code is listed on participant schedules).
If you indicated interest in congressional meetings but are no longer able to join these on March 24, please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP to cancel; it is important that we provide congressional offices with the most accurate participant lists possible.
