Dr. Slazinski has been an outpatient HIV and HCV pharmacist at the Orlando VA Medical Center for the past 24 years. She received her PharmD degree from the University of Florida, then completed a Pharmacy Residency at the Gainesville, Florida VA. There she continued as the inpatient infectious disease pharmacist for 6 years. She was ACCP board certified in Pharmacotherapy in 1995 and ASCP board certified in Geriatrics in 1997 and has been credentialed by the American Academy of HIV since 2008. For the past 2 years she has served as the HHRC National PrEP QI Pharmacy Lead.
