Registration Request** The room block at this point is full.  Any requests past December 21, 2017 will be put on a waitlist and you will be notified if or when a room becomes available.

Please note: This site is for hotel room reservations at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino only. If you wish to register to attend CES, Click on the CES website link below. 

Please click the "Register for Housing" button to the right to make your hotel reservation for the 2018 Consumer Electronic Show.  

Per company procedures, your manager's approval must be secured prior to registering for any conference. In order to guarantee a hotel room for you, registration must be completed by noon on Thursday, December 21, 2017. If you are not registered by that date, we cannot guarantee a room will be available.

You are responsible for making your own air travel plans. DO NOT call the hotel to make a room reservation - this will be handled by the CES Planning Team based on the information you provide on this registration site. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own guestroom:

1/8/18 -$269 plus 13.38% tax and a mandatory $35 resort fee per night

1/9/18 - $529 plus 13.38% tax and a mandatory $35 resort fee per night.

1/10/18 - $529 plus 13.38% tax and a mandatory $35 resort fee per night.

1/11/18 - $295 plus 13.38% tax and a mandatory $35 resort fee per night.

The card you register will be used as a guarantee and will be charged a one night's room and tax deposit.

Hotel room cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to arrival date to avoid any charges to the credit card provided on your registration. Deposits will be credited if cancellations are received before the 72 hour deadline. Cancellations must be made directly to Debbie Cooke via email, or by calling her at 540-295-5930, prior to the deadline.
