2iS leaders will welcome participants and reflect on the goals of SLS’23.
Learning Objectives: By the end of the session, sites will be able to:
1)   Identify the objectives and deliverables of SLS’23.
2)   Explain how participation in SLS’23 activities (e.g., peer-to-peer learning, action planning, discussion, and sharing best practices) will help further their implementation goals.

9:30 AM - 10:30 AM 2iS Program and Evaluation Updates
The CCTA and EC will update participants on 2iS progress and what to expect for the upcoming months.
Learning Objectives: By the end of the session, sites will be able to:
1)   Describe the current overall status of 2iS participant enrollment and service provision
2)   Identify key upcoming 2iS dates, deadlines, and milestones

10:45 AM - 12:00 PM Our Path Forward: Mapping the 2iS Journey Activity
In this interactive session, sites will share and reflect on their
implementation goals with sites from other 2iS focus areas.


Learning Objectives: By the end of the session, sites will be able to:
1)   Articulate the core elements and goals of their interventions for broader audiences
2)   Explain their implementation goals and key milestones for Action Period 1 (i.e., the 6 months between the Spring ’23 and Fall ’23 Learning Sessions).

Participants will continue developing relationships with members of the 2iS cohort through informal conversation.

1:15 PM - 2:45 PM Focus Area Cohort Workshop #1
Site teams will meet with other members of their focus area cohort to engage in peer-to-peer learning and discussion. Each site will present their implementation progress, challenges, and desired outcomes. Sites will also begin drafting a timeline for an Action Plan to make improvements and address challenges over Action Period 1.
Learning Objectives: By the end of the session, sites will be able to:
1)   Describe the mission and communities served at each site in the cohort
2)   Summarize common implementation challenges and successes among the sites in the cohort
3)    Cultivate relationships with intervention cohort participants

1)   Apply strategies to address specific implementation challenges.
2)   Identify goals to include in their Action Plan.

The CCTA will ask participants to reflect on the previous day’s work and any overarching themes raised during Day 1. The CCTA will then review the day’s agenda, including any necessary changes to the agenda.

Participants will choose a theme-based session to attend based on their team’s needs and personal interests. During each session, participants will engage in theme-tailored conversations and activities with sites that are implementing interventions from different focus areas.
