10:45 AM - 12:00 PM | Our Path Forward: Mapping the 2iS Journey Activity In this interactive session, sites will share and reflect on their implementation goals with sites from other 2iS focus areas. Learning Objectives: By the end of the session, sites will be able to: 1) Articulate the core elements and goals of their interventions for broader audiences 2) Explain their implementation goals and key milestones for Action Period 1 (i.e., the 6 months between the Spring ’23 and Fall ’23 Learning Sessions). |

1:15 PM - 2:45 PM | Focus Area Cohort Workshop #1 Site teams will meet with other members of their focus area cohort to engage in peer-to-peer learning and discussion. Each site will present their implementation progress, challenges, and desired outcomes. Sites will also begin drafting a timeline for an Action Plan to make improvements and address challenges over Action Period 1. Learning Objectives: By the end of the session, sites will be able to: 1) Describe the mission and communities served at each site in the cohort 2) Summarize common implementation challenges and successes among the sites in the cohort 3) Cultivate relationships with intervention cohort participants |
