Expenses associated with attending the conference in Chicago will be paid for program planning committee members and will include complimentary conference registration, round trip, coach class airfare from your city of residence to Chicago and hotel accommodations for up to 3 nights at the conference headquarters hotel.
 
Upon registering, you will be sent a flight itinerary for your approval.  Hotel reservations will be made for you.  Please do not call the hotel directly.  Please register even if your organization is paying for your travel and hotel.
