Roles and Responsibilities of the Program Planning Committee:
We request your assistance in developing a strong program and engaging excellent speakers for our 2020 Conference. Our overarching goal is to improve the health status of people living with HIV in America through development of educational activities to increase the knowledge base and skills of HIV providers.
Meeting Schedule:
- Friday, August 2, 2019 - Planning Committee meeting in Washington D.C.- 9:00am – 3:00pm.
- April 16 - 18, 2020 - ACTHIV Conference in Chicago, IL.
Expenses associated with attending the planning meeting and the conference in Chicago will be paid for program planning committee members and will include complimentary conference registration, round trip, coach class airfare from your city of residence to DC for the planning meeting and Chicago for the conference. Hotel accommodations will also be provided the night before the Planning Meeting and for up to 3 night accommodations at the conference headquarters hotel.
Next Steps:
Please RSVP either with your acceptance or regrets by CLICKING HERE by July 8, 2019 so that we can confirm attendance at the Planning Meeting in DC. If you would like to participate on the Program Planning Committee, but are unable to attend the meeting, you may indicate that as well. If accepting you can also complete the disclosure and potential conflict of interest questions.
