Claiming CME/CE Credit

 

CHECK YOUR EMAIL ON MAY 7th after the closing plenary for the conference evaluation and CME/CE credit claim form. CME/CE credits must be claimed online by June 3, 2022; after this time, CME/CE credit will no longer be available.

To be eligible to receive credit, you will need to:

1) Sign in at the registration desk or log-in to the virtual platform

2) Obtain your CME/CE worksheet, which you can use to record information you will needed when claiming CME/CE credits at the conclusion of the Conference.

3) Attend conference sessions. For each faculty/panel, please review the learning objectives found on the CME/CE worksheet. In each session, a unique session code will be provided. You will need these session codes to claim credit for the sessions you attend. For your convenience, there are places on your CME/CE worksheet where you can record the session codes.

4) Complete the online conference evaluation available May 7. The conference evaluation will be delivered to the email address used for conference registration on Saturday, April 7 after the closing plenary. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder or contact Kyle.Cooke@meetingmasters.biz.

DOCUMENTATION OF CREDIT WILL NOT BE DISTRIBUTED ONSITE

Pharmacists will receive their statement of credit through the NABP’s CPE Monitor in approximately 6-8 weeks. Only pharmacy learners who provided valid NABP e-Profile ID numbers and month and day of birth (MMDD) will be submitted to CPE Monitor for official record of credit.

All other HIV care team members will receive their CME/CE certificate via email within 24 hours of completing the conference evaluation. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it. If you have not received it withing 24 hours, contact CEServices@academycme.org.

Physicians applying for ABIM MOC points should allow 6-8 weeks for their points to display on the ABIM website. Only physicians who provide valid, six-digit ABIM ID Numbers and month and day of birth (MM/DD) will be submitted. Physicians who do not know their ABIM ID can look it up on ABIM’s website https://www.abim.org/verify-physician.aspx
