AIDSWatch is the nation's largest annual constituent-based national HIV advocacy event, bringing together hundreds of people living with HIV and their allies to meet with Members of Congress and to educate them about the important issues at stake for people living with and affected by HIV in the United States.

March 30, 9AM-5PM: Advocacy Training day at the Sheraton Hotel 

Guest speakers, presentations & discussions on policy issues, messaging, and hosting a legislative meeting. Opportunities for State teams and special interest groups to organize and plan for Hill visits.


March 31, 9AM-4PM: Congressional visits on Capitol Hill

You will receive your pre-arranged meetings schedule on Advocacy Training day.

All registrations must be associated with a person.  You will be asked for the person's first and last name in the registration process. This can be changed at anytime by accessing and modifying your registration.  Instructions on how to access and modify your registration will be provided in your confirmation email.  Or, you can send an email to to change a name on a registration.

PLEASE NOTE:  Only those registered in advance will be allowed admittance without paying the on-site registration fee.
