Please click the "Register for Housing" button below to make your hotel reservation for the 2017 Consumer Electronic Show.  Per company procedures, your manager's approval must be secured prior to registering for any conference.

In order to guarantee a hotel room for you, registration must be completed by end of day Tuesday, December 6, 2016. If you are not registered by that date, we cannot guarantee a room will be available.

You are responsible for making your own air travel plans. DO NOT call the hotel to make a room reservation - this will be handled by the CES Planning Team based on the information you provide on this registration site. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own guestroom at an average cost of $439.00 (plus 12% tax and a mandatory $30 resort fee) per night for the nights of January 4, 5, 6 and 7 and an average cost of $219.00 (plus 12% tax and a mandatory $30 resort fee) per night for pre and post nights. The card you register will be used as a guarantee and will be charged a one night's room and tax deposit approximately 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Hotel room cancellations must be made no later than 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid any charges to the credit card provided on your registration. Deposits will be credited if cancellations are received before the 72 hour deadline. Cancellations must be made directly to Melissa Harper (mh1603) via email, or by calling her at 404-986-1820, prior to the deadline.
