COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS
As the first in-person BWF Convening, below are ways we plan to keep each other safe as we gather in person again.
Vaccinations
All in-person participants must be up to date with COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters. Prior to the meeting we will provide an attestation for you to complete.
Masks
Masks are a critical intervention in preventing COVID-19 transmission, particularly in environments like large meetings where physical distancing is not possible. Masks can also provide greater protection to people at risk of severe illness. At the BWF convening, attendees will have access to masks and will be encouraged to wear them. While no one will be barred from participation in activities for not using a mask, we understand that many in our community may be more stringent about their masking and ask that you respect your fellow colleagues in your interactions.
Please reach out to Masill Miranda, Program Manager at AIDS United (mmiranda@aidsunited.org) or Alicia Downes, Co-Principal Investigator at AIDS United (adownes@aidsunited.org) to discuss modifications to the attendance guidance.
