Below is the link to register for a hotel room in the AT&T room block for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, January 8th – 11th, 2019.  Please send to employees (including Officers) in your group who will plan to attend and will need hotel accommodations.

 

Please note that this registration will not get you a pass to the show.  Please access the CES website to purchase a pass for the show.

 

This year our room block is at Planet Hollywood.  The room rates are listed below:

 

Guest room rates:

1/7/19 - $279

1/8/19 – $509

1/9/19 – $509

1/10/19 – $239

Resort Fee: $35 (per day)

 

The deadline to register for a hotel room is no later than Thursday, December 13, 2018.

 

Please note – each individual will be charged a deposit between $269 - $509 (depending on arrival date) plus 13.38% tax equal to one night’s stay.  Attendees may cancel their room 72 hours prior to their original arrival date without incurring a penalty.  Should an individual have to cancel – and does so 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival - the deposit will be credited back to their credit card.

 

As a reminder all attendees must obtain approval from their management before registering for a hotel room.
