Below is the link to register for a hotel room in the AT&T room block for the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, January 7th-10th, 2020.  Please send to employees (including Officers) in your group who will plan to attend and will need hotel accommodations.

 

Please note that this registration will not get you a pass to the show.  Please access the CES website to purchase a pass for the show.

 

This year our room block is at Caesars Palace, 3570 Las Vegas Boulevard South. 

Room rates are as follows:

 

Guest room rates:

Monday, Jan. 6 - $379

Tuesday, Jan. 7 - $599

Wednesday, Jan. 8 - $599

Thursday, Jan. 9 - $359

Resort Fee: $39 (per day)

Plus 13.8% occupancy tax

 

The deadline to register for a hotel room is no later than Thursday, December 12, 2019.

 

Please note –  Attendees may cancel their room 72 hours prior to their scheduled arrival date without incurring a penalty.  Should an individual not cancel at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival, your credit card will be charged a cancellation or no show fee of one night's room and tax cancellation/no show fee.

 

As a reminder, all attendees must obtain approval from their management before registering for a hotel room.  There will be a charge back to the RC/Cost Center for food and beverages and meeting space usage.
