Summer Learning Session 2020 (SLS '20) Objectives:

Strengthen collaboration on intervention implementation and delivery as evidenced by sharing best practices across subawardees
Explore impact of COVID-19 on delivery of client services and re-engagement, and share strategies related to recovery and resumption of service provision
Examine implementation strategies pertaining to the four E2i focus areas and specific themes
Enhance subawardees' specific Action Plans that will guide intervention activities for the first half of Implementation Year 4

12:30 pm - 1:15 pm	PLENARY SESSION: COVID-19 Update and Impact on Our Programs Subawardees will engage in a brief presentation and discuss effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on their Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program service provision. 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm	E2i Toolkit Focus Groups The E2i CCTA Curriculum Team will lead focus groups to gather suggested content for the written implementation guide component of the E2i toolkits. To maximize opportunities for discussion, attendance for this activity is limited to E2i subawardees and E2i project staff. 3:00 pm - 4:45 pm	Focus Area Cohort Workshop #1 Subawardees will present implementation adaptations, lessons learned, and challenges as they adjusted service delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic. Based on the discussion, subawardees will develop a list of goals to include in their Action Plans to address challenges. To maximize opportunities for discussion, attendance for this activity is limited to E2i subawardees and E2i project staff. Learning Objectives: Subawardees will share implementation adaptions, lessons learned, and challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. 11:50 am - 12:45 am	Topic-Specific Breakout Session Subawardees will engage in conversations focused on specific topics that respond to the current phase of E2i implementation and the COVID-19 pandemic. Addressing Trauma During a Pandemic for Both Clients and Staff Learning Objectives: Subawardees will discuss behavioral health issues, including vicarious trauma (experiencing secondary trauma based on what clients report experiencing), that have arisen for clients and staff, and what strategies could be used to address them Subawardees will discuss practices to support staff retention in the face of trauma caused by the pandemic B. Telehealth Best Practices Learning Objectives: Subawardees will share how they have been using telehealth platforms for delivery of their E2i interventions Subawardees will examine challenges and lessons learned from their experiences using telehealth platforms, with an eye toward sharing suggestions and solutions with other subawardees C.
