Winter Learning Session 2021 (WLS '21) Objectives:
- Strengthen learning communities within and among the E2i cohort as a source of continued support beyond the initiative
- Highlight key best practices and lessons learned, including successes and failures, from subawardees’ implementation experiences
- Examine whether and how subawardees plan to integrate their E2i intervention into their service delivery post-E2i
- Explore impact of COVID-19 on delivery of client services and optimizing re-engagement during the pandemic to share strategies for recovery and resumption of service provision
- Understand and operationalize the E2i grants management closeout process
