TRAVEL

A blanket approval for all travel to and from the 2023 MDP Training & Networking Event has been approved for all attendees.

A copy will be emailed to you after the event for expense reporting purposes.

HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION

  • As an attendee of the MDP, your accommodations will be made by and expenses paid for by AT&T.
  • Please indicate whether you need hotel accommodations when prompted on the registration site.
  • DO NOT contact the Hyatt Regency Dallas to make your reservation.
  • Upon completion of your registration, your room reservation will be made by the 2023 MDP Logistics Team.
  • Any hotel incidentals (room service, charges to room, in-room movie rental, etc.) will be at your own expense. Prior to departure, you must pay for any incidental expenses that have been billed to your room during your stay.
  • You will not receive an individual hotel confirmation number.

AIR ARRANGEMENTS

  • Your air travel arrangements will be made by and paid for by AT&T.
  • If you require air arrangements, please indicate this by selecting answering yes to "Do you require air reservations"
  • You will receive air travel information no later than the week of June 5.
  • Seating requests will be forwarded to the airlines for assignment based on availability.
  • First-class fares are not permitted.
  • Air travel changes must be made directly with the travel agent. If any changes are made to a reservation, and fees are incurred as a result of that change, each individual is responsible for those costs.
  • Please remember, you must present a government-issued photo I.D., such as a driver's license or passport, at airline check-in.
  • International participants traveling to the US are encouraged to visit https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/international-travel.html for travel requirements and restrictions.
  • It is recommended you arrive at the airport 2 hours before your flight departure time.

TRAVEL MUST-HAVES

Please remember to bring the following items to this event:

  • Your AT&T Photo ID access badge
  • Your AT&T American Express card (or personal credit card) - used for meals and transportation while traveling and incidentals upon hotel check-in (food and beverages are covered at the event)
  • iPad/Laptops and accessories (managers)
  • Your AT&T smartphone (iPhone, Android or Windows based phone)

TRANSPORTATION IN DALLAS

  • It will not be necessary to rent a car while attending the MDP event.
  • In Dallas, transportation from and to the airport will be provided for you.
  • Details regarding ground transportation in Dallas will be forthcoming.

PARKING AT THE HYATT REGENCY DALLAS

If your work location is close enough to Dallas that you choose to drive rather than fly, please be aware that there is self and valet parking.  Please use the self-parking and parking charges will be paid for by AT&T.
