Debbie Cooke, President and Founder of Meeting Masters, Inc. is a 30 year veteran in the meeting industry. She brings together 18 years of hotel experience with the Marriott Corporation in the areas of Catering, Convention Services and Destination Management and a degree from Virginia Tech in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research. Her educational background is the basis for her keen ability to streamline processes and procedures and to manage all logistical aspects of a program: the more moving parts, the more opportunities to make it better. In 2003, Debbie Cooke founded Meeting Masters, Inc., a full service conference and event planning company for corporate and non-profit organizations and associations.
Debbie achieved her CMP designation during her time with the Marriott Corporation and Meeting Masters is currently a Certified Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) and Certified Women’s Business
Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

Meeting Manager

Tina DeRenzis brings knowledge, creativity and expertise to the hospitality industry as a corporate and incentive meeting planner. Spanning a period of almost 30 years, her background in the fields of music, hotel catering, special events, production, destination management, conference logistics and incentive meeting planning, makes her a consummate professional. Tina's career began in 1978 as catering manager with Marriott Hotels' specializing in the corporate and social markets. Tina continued to expand her knowledge of the industry as the director of events for two major theme party companies ending as general manager for Carey Special Events. In 2000, Tina joined Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. as corporate meeting planner. She was responsible for the planning and production of two annual national conferences totaling 4,000 attendees and the firm's incentive program. Tina's industry achievements include three Atlanta Allie Awards and in 2000, she was the recipient of the Dale Riggins Humanitarian Award. Event Solutions Magazine nominated Tina in 2002 for Corporate Meeting Planner of the Year. She was responsible for many corporate hospitality events during Super Bowl XXVIII, Super Bowl XXXIII and the 1996 Olympic Games.
