In order to navigate burnout, stay in the work, and stay alive, it is essential that we invest in our own and our people's well-being. This workshop will focus on understanding the role of our own trauma and collective trauma; practical, proven approaches to healing trauma; and dismantling the messages we've gotten about our own worth and value and how they impact taking care of ourselves. There's a reciprocity between our own healing and communal healing; each is equally important. More than ever before, the most radical thing we can do is care for ourselves and care for one another.
