Please note that a credit card will be needed at the time of reservation to confirm a room.  This card will not be charged until you check into the hotel if no other payment arrangements have been made.

If you would like to make alternative payment arrangements, so that the credit card provided during booking will not be charged upon check-in, you will need to complete a payment authorization form. This will also be provided in the coming weeks.
