2024 Poster Submission Instructions

For display at 2024 HEAN Annual Conference

Deadline to submit: August 25th

As part of the HEAN 2024 Annual Meeting in San Francisco from October 7 - 9, there will be an in-person poster exhibit representing all of the funded pilot projects, which will be on display throughout all three days of the meeting. The purpose of the poster exhibit is to showcase the innovation and diversity represented by the Pilot Grant Awardees at the HEAN 2024 Annual Meeting in San Francisco from October 7 to 9. Best Poster awards will be presented at the end of the first day (October 7th) and the Community Favorite poster awards will be presented at the end of day two (October 8th) at the Hyatt Regency Downtown SOMA, San Francisco, CA

Pilot Grant Awardees who are not attending the meeting are still required to submit a poster of their project, as posters for all pilot recipients will be displayed throughout all 3 days of the meeting. Pilot grants that do not yet have results will submit a concept poster – explained in greater detail below.
